Room Rental

Be your own boss inside of a prominent, well-known lash studio nestled in the heart of Melrose Avenue. We have a private room available for private 1:1 trainings and/or professional use evenings and weekends. Rates start at $120/week for usage 4pm-11pm Monday-Friday, $150/week for all of Sat-Sun and $175/week for all days/times listed. Long term and short term lease available.

Lash artists must possess a valid, up-to-date California issued Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. This must be present in the room each time you work. Lessor (if a lash artist) will be required to provide proof of necessary stateboard qualifications to legally operate business, possess previous experience operating from a lash studio alone and have their own established clientele.
